Order Confirmation & Advance Payment
All orders require a mandatory advance payment to initiate production.
Typically, 50% advance is required to begin manufacturing.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery once the furniture is ready.
In case of delay in balance payment, dispatch may also be delayed.
Order Cancellation
Orders are generally non-cancellable.
Since production begins using raw materials such as wood after order confirmation, cancellation may lead to material loss.
In rare and exceptional circumstances, cancellation may be considered at our discretion.
Advance Payment Policy
All advance payments are non-refundable.
Once production has started and materials are allocated, recovery becomes impractical.
Customization Changes
Changes to customization may be possible within 1–2 days of order confirmation, depending on production progress.
After manufacturing has begun, further changes may not be feasible.
Production & Timelines
We strive to complete and dispatch orders within the committed timeframe.
However, timelines may vary occasionally due to:

We ensure timely dispatch from our end.
However, delivery timelines may vary depending on logistics or transport partners.
Certain responsibilities lie with the delivery service provider.
Transport Damage
If damage occurs during transport:
Repairable items will be repaired.
If damage is beyond repair, replacement may be provided.
Returns
Returns are not accepted, as furniture is manufactured based on specific requirements.
Warranty
Support may be provided at our discretion.
However, warranty is not formally advertised or guaranteed in all cases.
Product Variation
Minor variations in:
Color
Finish
Texture
are rare but may occur due to natural material characteristics and manufacturing processes.
Timeline Variation
In some cases, timelines may vary due to production load or unforeseen circumstances.
Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
