The remaining balance must be paid before delivery once the furniture is ready.
In case of delay in balance payment, dispatch may also be delayed.
Orders are generally non-cancellable.
Since production begins using raw materials such as wood after order confirmation, cancellation may lead to material loss.
In rare and exceptional circumstances, cancellation may be considered at our discretion.

Once production has started and materials are allocated, recovery becomes impractical.
Changes to customization may be possible within 1–2 days of order confirmation, depending on production progress.
After manufacturing has begun, further changes may not be feasible.

If damage occurs during transport:
Repairable items will be repaired.
If damage is beyond repair, replacement may be provided.
Returns are not accepted, as furniture is manufactured based on specific requirements.
Support may be provided at our discretion.
However, warranty is not formally advertised or guaranteed in all cases.

Color
Finish
Texture
are rare but may occur due to natural material characteristics and manufacturing processes.
In some cases, timelines may vary due to production load or unforeseen circumstances.
